Primary Responsibilities
Timely & accurate processing of payroll for Philippines

Validation of payroll reports and reconciliations to ensure accuracy

Process full and final settlement

Adherence to defined TAT & process

Management of Employee queries through case management tool as per SLA

Ensure timely & accurate statutory remittances and filing

Management of all registers/forms as required by the various local labor laws

Record/document management for all compliance requirements attached with payroll and monthly reporting

Manage all aspects of Payroll communication to internal stakeholders/employees/etc. as required

Generate and distribute a variety of reports and statistical summaries regarding employee pay data & related information, process performance, etc.

Proactively seek reports from vendors and analyze to identify opportunities and improve over-all Optum, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses, service offering to employees

Continuous improvement of processes & metric performance

Supports business initiatives as assigned by manager
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject

Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll process

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Well versed with Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel and Powerpoint

Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
