Job Description:
Provide technical and administrative support to the Professional Payroll Services team. Assist team members to the appropriate resources Help with collaboration with different departments Assist Team Leads in preparation of departmental reports needed Other administrative tasks that may be assigned Use technology to complete record-keeping tasks. Minimum Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Philippine payroll land payroll-related accounting principles Experience in using an ERP or any payroll software is preferred Proficiency with MS Office Word and Excel software Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high-level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines Good oral and written communication skills Timely responsiveness to internal and external inquiries Team player who can collaborate with other teams in the organization Must be willing to work in McKinley, Taguig
