Job Description:
The Payroll Accounting Associate is responsible in providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the firm by ensuring payments are completed, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. He/she shall be accountable for collecting timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions into a periodic payroll and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any business related coures Preferably with payroll working experience. Can work independently, reliable and can handle confidential matters Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
