**Qualifications**
- Graduate of 4-year Bachelor's degree, preferably business-related courses.
- Preferably with 2 years insurance / functional experience.
- Customer service
- Good oral communication

- Strong mathematical and computing skills
- Computer knowledge, Microsoft office.
- Receives payment by check, credit cards, or automatic debits, verify amounts and check accuracy of payment transactions.
- Enter customer's transaction information in the system in order to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.
- Balance cash and checks in cash drawers and credit memo at end of day and calculate transactions.
- Identify transaction mistakes when debits and credits have discrepancy.
- Deposits all collections within the agreed turnaround time and submits timely and accurate Daily Collection Report (DCR) for transactions
- Checks system for payments made thru banks or other utilities and issues official receipts.
- Post payments submitted by Collections team within the agreed turnaround time.
- Prepares transaction reports for submission and approval by Supervisor / Manager.
- May prepare other reports as needed, or requested by Management.
- Respond to customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies related to payments.
- Resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customer's account / payment.
- Perform functions related to compliance to AMLA

Flag large cash payments (at least Php 100k) to legal and compliance.
- Maybe assigned to participate in ad hoc projects for system and process improvements, if any.
- Performs other related tasks, as maybe assigned, from time to time.
**Salary**: Php17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
