In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide

**Responsibilities**:
1.
Local payment methods user flow testing (on e-commerce Apps / other Apps, PCs etc) based on instructions from supervisors, and organize the results into documents based on criteria provided.
- Quick and responsive testing on eWallets, bank apps, etc.
from Ad-lib inquiry.
- Familiar with localized payment methods, i.e.
e-wallet, bank transfer, cash.
2.
Assist in crafting analysis and deriving customer/user insights to support decision making.
3.
Conduct research on local payment markets, competitors, etc.
and gather related information/news to provide Beijing team with more localized insight.
4.
Partner with the team on product optimization and assist in other assignments related to local markets if needed.
1.
1-3 years of working experience in a relevant field will be preferred (Good understanding on payment methods, eWallets, Bank Apps using etc.).
2.
Proficiency in local language (shall be able to register accounts with local ID).
3.
Heavy users of online shopping and mobile payment will be desired.
