Patient Services Representatives

- Serve as primary intake point for insurance verification, termed insurance resolution, insurance calls, and document requests to ensure timely insurance payment or recovery for services rendered- Address provider inquiries regarding verification of benefits, claims status for medical and network credentialing issues- Accurately verify insurance eligibility and provide verification of benefits- Explain claim denials and give options/suggestions based on the denials32k Starting Salary-22 Basic-8k Incentives-2k fixed night diff At least 2 years in College- Preferably at least 1 Yr Experienced BPO employee- Excellent Customer Service Skills- Strong time management skills- Can work in a graveyard shift- Can start March or April
