Details of the offer

Responsible for acting as liaison between patient/customer and the company.
Managing incoming calls and patient inquiries.
Generate patient leads for conversion of diagnostic procedures.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Advertising, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
Experience in customer service or as a client service representative.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Strong command of company's products and services.
