Pastry Production Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree related to Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or sufficient work experience in the related field is
required for the position.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible on overseeing day-to-day operations of production department.
- Prepare the manpower loading of each line based on product schedule
- Monitor the safety and performance of the equipment and machinery.
- Maintain the proper process following the company's SOPs, food safety and quality of all products.
- Observance of discipline among the performance of the production worker. Recommend improvements to maintain product quality.
