Job Description:
Join us for a unique PasarPolis Internship Program. We are looking for interns in three different roles: Product Manager Intern (Tech), Employer Branding Intern (HR), Graphic Design Intern (Marketing).
The Product Manager internship offers personal and professional development and team-building. This program will give you an opportunity to assist our product managers in managing product lines, developing new products, managing existing products, and contributing to sales and marketing of products.
Responsibilities:
Assist our more senior product managers in managing product lines, developing new products, managing existing products, and contributing to sales and marketing of products. Develop PRDs (product requirement documents) as required. Conduct market research, surveys, and meetings with customers/prospects to understand market needs, competitions, etc. Join and support a productive and innovative team. This includes working with mentors, peers, managers, and other teams. The Employer Branding internship will have you assisting the human resource department in managing the internal branding of PasarPolis, the Paspolers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop internal events in order to increase the company's branding. Creating and developing strategies for brand and campaign activities Assist in organizing these internal events. Getting feedback and develop internal campaigns. The Graphic Design internship will have you providing support for the marketing department through a variety of channels: print, digital, web, video and other as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate a solid body of work. Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas. Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints. Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients needs. Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval. Working with a wide range of media and using graphic design software. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives, etc. Minimum Qualifications:
Product Manager Intern (Tech) Qualification: Currently majoring in Business Management/Information Systems/Engineering degree program or related field Someone with a balanced technical and business knowledge Curious and fast learner Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak and write in English Good analytical skills and eye for detail Employer Branding Intern (HR) Qualification: Currently majoring in HR/Media, or related field Energetic Eager to learn Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak and write in English Self-starter Hardworker Able work in a team and in cross-sectional functioning Graphic Design Intern (Marketing) Qualification: Currently majoring in Graphic Design, or related field Energetic Eager to learn Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak and write in English Drawing skills will be a plus Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
