With a strong drive in delivering results, Partnerships Manager is responsible for satisfying client needs while achieving his/her revenue targets.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Build and manage a client base of schools which can include the following:
Local schools: senior high school, colleges, tech-voc schools, etc Foreign/international schools: senior high school, colleges, tech-voc schools, etc Execute the initial sales process to generate qualified leads
Generate client leads through various channels including email, social media, phone, and face-to-face Perform outbound calls to potential clients to set up qualified appointments ACQUISITION
Reach acquisition revenue targets as assigned by the company within a specific time period Visit and engage (including pitching, negotiation/ensuring signing of contracts, billing, collecting payments) prospective school partners ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Identify and develop upsell opportunities by best matching customer’s goals and unique scenarios to the Edukasyon.ph services Uncover needs and determine, in consultation with the client, the best solutions for each account based on a customer needs analysis Own the onboarding process (profile page setup and configuration, page usage training, and customer marketing planning) Work with Digital Marketing team in planning the marketing campaigns for all clients Respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours OTHER TASKS
Maintain and update client reports in the CRM platform Prepare weekly sales report and recommendation Occasionally coordinate and participate in events or conferences Coordinate with management, tech and product teams to ensure that insight from sales activities are consistently raised to relevant stakeholders External representation of Edukasyon.ph in external events such as investor meetings, speaking events for students, parents, guidance counselors, teachers, professionals, foundations, and/or corporate partners Directly report to the VP of Partnerships regarding individual performance (target achievement, events, sales strategies, and process improvements) Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of any program 2-5 years of sales experience Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) Driven, proactive, detail-oriented collaborative, works well independently, and willing to learn Flexible working hours depending on the lead’s time zone Sales experience (B2B and/or B2C) High impact presentation skills Entrepreneurial attitude Comfortable working with either local or foreign/international partners Ability to handle multiple tasks at once Broad network in education industry Can work efficiently under pressure
