Role:
The **Partnership Manager** has a core role in Lanturn's business development and is responsible for expanding Lanturn's partner relationships, particularly with accelerators, incubators, family offices, chambers of commerce, and legal firms.
You will look to develop relationships and find Lanturn ambassadors who can help promote Lanturn's brand awareness and refer quality leads to our sales team.
The Partnerships Manager will report directly to the Head of Growth & Marketing.
The role will be full-time within normal business hours in the Philippines and with a flexible working arrangement.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Acquire and expand the number of new relationships with strategic partners, particularly with accelerators, incubators, family offices, chambers of commerce, and legal firms
- Manage all processes leading to the finalizing of a partnership (prospecting, meetings, contracting, and partner onboarding)
- Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to build toward a long-lasting relationship
- Co-ordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure our partners have a seamless experience
- Contribute ideas and initiatives on how we can continue to strengthen our partner network
- Any ad-hoc assigned by the Immediate Superior

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-3 years of experience in a partnership, sales, marketing, or business development role.
- Able to work full-time as part of a remote team (you must have access to a stable internet connection)
- Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where growth and change is the only constant
- Demonstrable track record of consistent achievement in your previous roles
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to communicate a value proposition in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
- Entrepreneurial mindset and roll-up-the-sleeves attitude
- Passionate about technology, business, and winning
- **Must be residing in the Philippines**
