Requirements
Preferably Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Others or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Tagalog.

Responsibilities
Sell insurance and investment (variable unit-linked) programs to individuals and corporations
Recruit new Financial Advisors as part of the group's expansion program
Attend mandatory team meetings every 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month (9am to 12nn)
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and plans

Additional Requirements
Graduate of a 4 year college or university course ismandatory
Must have astable internet connectionto attend the 2-hour online career orientation and complete the online intensive trainings
Must be willing to devote at least15 hoursa week to do the job
Strong analytical, strategic, and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem identification and solving skills
Must have BIG dreams, a strong drive to succeed, and be a proactive team-player

Additional Info
Salary between PHP 20,000.00 and PHP 60,000.00
Location: Mandaluyong City, NCR.
