Job Summary:
We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to oversee end-to-end campaign management and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with any of the digital marketing platforms such as Display, Search, Programmatic, and Social, along with strong client relationship management skills.
This role requires a strategic mindset to drive successful campaign execution while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Display, Search, Programmatic, and Social channels.
2.
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including budget allocation, performance tracking, and reporting.
3.
Analyze campaign data to measure success and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
4.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
5.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and aligning digital strategies accordingly.
6.
Provide consultative support and insights to help clients maximize their digital marketing investments.
7.
Generate campaign performance reports and deliver actionable insights to clients.
8.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
9.
Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media planning, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
10.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to drive innovation in campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.
2.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with any of the digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, etc.).
3.
Campaign Management: Proven ability to manage end-to-end digital campaigns, from strategy development to reporting.
4.
Client-Facing Experience: Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and influence decision-making.
5.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in campaign performance analysis and reporting using analytics tools.
6.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency to engage with global clients.
