Outstanding Virtual Assistant Needed For Professional Dancer (Salsa/Bachata)

You’ll do many things in this role, but your primary focus will be written, outward facing tasks such as:
Customer support
Reaching out to leads
Writing forum posts
Email campaigns

Many other items will naturally come up as well.
If you desire, we also have opportunities in advertorial/blog style sales article writing (optional).
Looking for somebody who can become outstanding and who can TAKE ACTION without being told. Daily updates and identification of what needs to be done will be flowing mostly from you to me (not the other way around).
We will move towards full time as quickly as possible. If you're the right fit, we will have a very positive and long-term relationship and you will be taken care of.

QUALITY LEVELS OF A VA:
Level 1 = Often misunderstands tasks and/or delivers poor results
Level 2 = Understands tasks clearly and delivers satisfactory results
Level 3 = Creatively problem solves, decides on strategies, and executes to deliver outstanding results that go above and beyond the instructions.
Level 4 = Everything in level 3 plus independently identifies areas for improvement in the business, and anticipates and tackles issues before they come up.
