Outbound Supervisor supports the Outbound Manager - Cebu in overseeing the shipping and logistics of goods from the warehouse to our community leaders.
They analyse the day-to-day outbound operations and propose process improvements and improve activities efficiently.
- Oversee outbound operations
- Ensure accurate tracking and accounting of outbound goods
- Propose process improvement for efficient flow of outbound products
- Generate metric reports with analysis as needed
- Various other duties, as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Experienced in Logistics or in Warehouse Outbound Operations
- Aptitude for counting and inventory management
- Organizational and communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Able to work long hours during peak cycle
