Outbound Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Associate is expected to make a minimum of 200 prospecting calls per 8 working hours
- A prospecting call is defined as a non-scheduled call to any person who has opted in to receive communication from FitTRAC
- Associate is expected to respond to all inbound text messages within 30 minutes of receipt during working hours.
All other text messages must be responded to within the first 30 minutes of the following working day if received during non working hours.
- Associate will be expected to schedule a minimum of 10 discovery calls per week through prospecting calls and texting
- A discovery call is defined as a scheduled call made by the Sales Team Manager and scheduled using Youcanbook.me (manual scheduling of discovery calls is acceptable with verbal confirmation of scheduled call by prospect)
- Weekly responsibilities include a huddle with their manager and reporting of weekly statistics.
Minimum Requirements:

- 1 year of relevant experience
- Familiar with Gmail, Google Sheets, Workplace
- Above Average communication skills
- Must at least be a highschool graduate
- Must have high desire, commitment, motivation, and goal orientation.
- Must maintain a professional and courteous image at all times.
**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php66,000.00 per month
