Job Qualifications
Tech-savvy and knows your way around current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Stable internet connection and peaceful working space is a must
Strong verbal and highly proficient writing skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
