**Position**: Outbound Call Agent

**Reporting to**: Team Lead/Department Head

**Department**:Business Dev, Acquisition and Sales

**Mission**:Ensure that all property leads are checked in a timely and efficient way in order to support the company's goal of acquiring the most viable properties.
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead generation and management of list: agent will scout leads and call the contact person of the property to gain the necessary information
- Agent is in charge of properly encoding gathered information to a central database for the team
- Follow up calls or escalate cases to team lead when necessary
- Agent should complete call logs and generate call reports as required by immediate supervisor
- Other administrative works

**Education and Experience**
- Graduate of any 4 year course or at least 2 year vocational course
- Experience in call center or contact center
- Telephone handling skills
- Good typing skills
- Proficient in English and Filipino

**Salary**: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
