Key responsibilities
? Undertakes change management customer engagement activities for transformation projects.? Provide support towards program which aims at delivering superior customer experience and business value.? Engage with cross functions and contribute to create a robust end to end process design? Analyse data and presentation to drive business decisions that aim at improved process and customer outcomes? Ensure compliance with documented internal controls, maintaining documented processes, verifying appropriateness of identified risks and relevant controls to mitigate identified risks.? Ensure that the SAP system, processes and controls are fit for purpose and efficient.? Co-ordinate with MLIT on system enhancements and timely deliver business needs that are effectively translated into system processes.? Closely monitor system changes and ensure all changes are moved to production system with adequate governance and with strong testing strategy in place? Drive key projects or engage in key projects within the organization from a business perspective? Effectively scope and manage assigned project deliverables by high degree of independence.? Continuously seek to broaden own knowledge of programme and domain scope areas, along with impact and dependencies to standing organization/processes/systems.? Ensure continuous and effective communication to relevant team members, stakeholders and colleagues throughout the project.
We are looking for
? University Degree/Masters/PMP/Lean Certification? Fluency in oral and written English? Ability to manage engagement with cross location and cross cultural organization and work together with critical stakeholders? Strong technical accounting knowledge and well versed with SAP OTC process for Maersk Line? Ability to interpret, analyses and present financial data in a business context.? Good business/commercial awareness of shipping industry and proven analytical skills to ensure value-add to the organization.? Good attention to detail.? Order to Cash expert. Good understanding of contract to collection/dispute processes? Positive attitude to challenges, change with ability to operate in a fast paced dynamic environment.? Ability to priorities and act on own initiative.? Ability to delegate effectively with influence at the right level? Ability to focus effort and effectively prioritize work to deliver business value.? Leadership skills – proven ability to effectively lead, motivate and drive actions in the larger organization? Skills of influence – ability to constructively challenge and influence others at broader level?
