Job Description:
Managing Tokopedia man power planning, working together with the OKR team to align between target and capacity. Managing Organization data, from organization structure, job descriptions and cost centers allocation to ensure accurate and clean data. Managing people analytics and research related to all people functions Liaise with people partner and leaders regarding workforce planning and organization change management. Able to evaluate Tokopedia organization structure design & analysis (would be an advantage) Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, statistic or industrial engineering is prefered 4+ Years experience in human resources Function as an analyst, consultant, and/or project manager as required. Strong in data analytics and details oriented Strong in communication skills across team Be well-adapt in change management implementation and strategies Experience of change management
