RESPONSIBILITIES
- Builds strategic business relationship with stakeholders to implement organizational intervention and culture transformation
- Builds high-performing and functional teams through planned OD interventions that will future-proof the organization.
- Analyzes and diagnose organizational needs through workforce planning and talent management.
- Uses data-driven approach in developing strategic OD policies and programs.
- Generates and implements new ideas and trends in OD that will foster a culture of innovation across the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
- With Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any other related business courses
- At least three (3) years experience in Organizational Development
- With extensive knowledge on organizational development trends, tools, and techniques
