Order Management Assistant

Gradaute of any 4 year course
- Generates monthly retailer inventory reports to be used by cross-functional groups in inventory

analysis reports.
- Performs sales and inventory analysis using the WebProposal Tool in order to come up with

counter replenishment plans.
- Initiated stocks rotations in order to optimize inventory holding across all locations within the

supply chain.
- Works with customer service and logistics team in ensuring that replenishment and reallocation

plans are completed within the prescribed time frame.
- Works with Demand Planning, Brand and Inventory Management Teams to ensure that

marketing plans are properly supported with sufficient stocks.
- Acts as POC for any inventory related concerns from store.
- Produces regular monthly report but not limited to monthly bestsellers, overstock and aging

inventories.
Schedule:

- Day shift
- Shift system

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
