**ORDER FULFILLMENT CLERK**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- Proven experience as Order Fulfillment Clerk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Order Documents Processing**
- Processes the documents for the releasing of ordered items, such as charge invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Checks for discrepancies in the description of items ordered and the actual ordered items.
- Submits purchase requests for items ordered but not available in stocks.
- **Order Items Preparation**
- Facilitates the preparation of items and delivery to customers/clients.
- Coordinates with the warehouse department for the preparation and releasing of items.
- Coordinates with logistics department for the schedule and timely delivery of items.
- **Reports and Other Tasks**
- Processes sales returns and item back loads.
- Submits summary of fulfilled orders with purchase orders and invoices numbers to the Accounting Department.
- Keeps history of transactions by filing documents.
- Performs other related tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
