Job Description What you will do For our business market in the UK &?Benelux?we are now looking to expand our team with an?Order Delivery Manager,?based in our office in Manila,?the Philippines.?
When you join us at Globalinternet you?ll be part of a smart and driven team that is on a mission to shape the future of worldwide connectivity. You have preferably 1 to 2 years of commercial experience within the telecom sector and want to make a shift to an international environment.
As an Order Delivery Manager you are responsible for the full pre-sales cycle including quotation, and provisioning of orders. You will be handling incoming quotation requests, verifying service availability with our providers, pricing and service specifications and ensuring a smooth provisioning of the ordered services by our customers and our local internet service providers (ISPs) in your region. Working hours will be commercial business hours in Europe, which means that you will start working in the late afternoon shift in our office in Manila.?
Primary Responsibilities
Liaise with providers to assure the purchase price and service availability is correct and make adjustments in Salesforce if needed
Manage the full service delivery process from the moment an order is confirmed. This includes the coordination between customer end user and provider and the on site appointments and installation process. You'll assure that agreed lead times are met and expectations are managed with the customer
Gather additional information on services from providers for non standard projects
Assist on internal projects relating to quote and order process
Liaise with the person in charge of the procurement to share feedback about providers, portfolio needs and changes
Assist internal organisation (finance, legal, support) with order related issues
Education and experience
Basic knowledge and interest in Internet Access services worldwide
You have an excellent command of English language (spoken and written) other languages is preferred.?
1-3 years of commercial experience within the telecom
A completed Bachelor?s/ Master?s degree
Skills
You are accurate, well organized, persistent and quality driven
You have a good knowledge of Excel (Salesforce is a plus)
Ability to prioritize with tight deadlines
Customer focused and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
You understand what it?s like to work in a multicultural and international environment
