Operators for Machine/ Equipment's of Slaughterhouse/ rendering/ processed products.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate the machine/ equipment as per SOP
Maintain Hygiene and Sanitation and manage HSE works at workplace
Use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at the time of operation
Follow proper signs, label and operational control at site
Follow supervisor instruction for completing customers spec ad maintain log and reports
Stop and switch off the machine as per protocol and report accurate production data

Job Specific Skills
Proven working experience as a rendering/ meat products machine operator at slaughterhouse
Knowledge of operating machines and equipment used in meat industry
Ability to process Blood Meat, Meat and Bone Meat, Tallow transfer by products dispatch, operate weighing scales, hand pallet trolley, material handling equipment, cleaning, hygiene and sanitization of production

Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
Worked as an Operator at Slaughterhouse/ Farm/ Facilities in meat industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Industry
At least 3 - 5 years of experience as Operators of equipment / Machinery
