We are excited to add an Operations Support Specialist to our growing team! In this role, you will be part of an elite team that will go in and resolve critical backlogs that the company is experiencing. Every day you could experience something new, so you'll need to be ready and excited to conquer the challenges of the day. The inaugural mission for this team is to assist our Operations Ticket Acquisition Division which is experiencing unexpected growth. You will be a founding member of a dynamic team, that loves to learn and is ready to help wherever needed. If you're looking for a fast-paced work environment then this is the place for you. Operations will help train you on key tasks/workflows but you will own managing your staff and their success/failures. Working as a team is what maintains our success. Daily Tasks: Learn a variety of complex, company specific processes and software/systems to successfully perform position requirements

Work on daily assignments

Report on any blockers experienced and work with your team, manager, and others in the company to get the support you need to succeed

Participate in troubleshooting meetings (as needed) to maximize the team's success

Give insights on any workflow changes you think should be made (if there is a faster way to operate then let's change our protocols!)

Take detailed thorough notes of your completed tasks for required documentation

Adherence to your assigned schedule (we need to know when people are working so we can properly troubleshoot our backlogs; you are critical to our success here)

Qualifications: Proficient at website navigation

Basic knowledge of how Excel and/or Google Sheets

Attention to detail

Quick and accurate data entry - previous experience with data entry is a plus

Ability to own and manage your work to maintain deadlines

Must be reliable and on time

Must be willing and ready to learn BONUS Qualifications: Experience with Macros and VPNs

Experience with Airtable and Google sheet formulas

Problem-solving

Recognizing patterns and trends

Available to work in Pacific Time Zone and flexibility to switch schedules Remote Work #Li-Remote
