Supervises the development of tasks, roles, and responsibilities of team members provide feedback (to Project Manager, subordinate staff assigned to projects, and clients) in order to stimulate the continuous improvement of processes
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience working as a Team Leader in a BPO setting
- Very good to excellent English communication skills
- Knowledge in content moderation is an advantage.
