Operations Specialist (Ayala Malls Solenad)

Onsite supervisor in the mall
- Will be stationed in, and will be the person-in-charge of the etaily operations office located in the assigned mall
- Will be the acting person-in-charge for any fulfillment-related escalations by mall merchants
- Assist in the creation of standard operating procedures prior to the launch of the project
- Enforce the standard operating procedures post-launch

Handling of the admin portal
- Monitoring of fulfillment-related key performance indicators (ie.
fulfillment rate, response rate, cancellation rate, etc) of all the merchants within their assigned mall
- Ensure that merchants remain active on their stores (ie.
merchant's items have sufficient inventory, are entertaining customer inquiries, etc)
- Entertain and address any escalations from any of the merchants within the mall
- Coordination with the clients' offline team for any alignment needed for both online and offline marketing campaigns
- Creating and sharing of daily performance reports on fulfillment

Fulfillment and logistics of cross-orders
- Monitoring the statuses of each order that needs to be fulfilled
- Booking of the 3PL for cross-orders
- Coordination with mall-runners to pick up the items from multiple malls

Leadership
- Lead and manage a team, which consists of at least 2 runners

**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 2 years work experience in the related field (warehouse operations experience is an advantage)
- Required skill: Leadership & Communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel
- Willing to be assigned in Ayala Malls Solenad
- Open for Project Employment (6 months with an opportunity to be absorbed)
