Job Descriptions
Ensure all operational procedures are carried but in an appropriate and cost-effective way. Improves operational management systems processes and best practices through correct implementation and monitoring. Monitor daily operations and address potential issues as they arise. Over-see delivery efficiency and ensure to meet customer's satisfaction.
Oversee warehousing, dispatching, sales order fulfilment and sales proceeds remittances of the company.
Ensure that work is performed according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while meeting delivery output productivity and quality of customer service goals while ensuring safety protocols are in place
Safeguards the company’s operational efficiencies by managing Sales, Service and warehousing activities.

Key responsibilities but are not limited to:
Supervision of the warehousing, dispatching of orders to follow the SOP guidelines on storage and palletizing, stock handling to minimize bad orders.
Monitoring, assessing, managing, and making recommendations to key productivity indicators, such as financial, productivity, service, and people goals in order to reduce and control costs.
Coordinating and managing the flow of all orders from scheduling of delivery, coordination with the customer to minimize product returns and bounced orders (no receiver or no payment ready).
Establish and monitoring the daily dispatching and delivery schedules are adhered to and resources are utilized properly to control costs and provide on-time delivery to customers.
Ensuring accuracy, housekeeping, merchandise damage minimization, and safety through monitoring and enforcement of company requirements.
Managing the development, implementation, and administration of company operational policies and work standards.
Identify and resolve operational problems.
Partnering with Human Resources and Administrative Department on hiring, orienting, training, mentoring, evaluating, recommending pay increases, and developing employees as well as carrying out disciplinary actions or recommending termination of employment as appropriate.
Preparing various statistics, sales and administration reports.
Assignments are often self-initiated; Exercises considerable judgment in determining objectives and approaches to assignments; Work is reviewed and evaluated in terms of meeting organizational objectives.
Ensures the proper servicing and insurance of all motor vehicles used in the delivery services.
Ensures all business and operational permits are up to date and all products carried have valid certificates of product registration.
Supervises implementation of Work Safety Protocol particularly in the social distancing and safety standards required by DOLE during the COVID-19 disease prevention management.
Ensures all employees follow clean hygienic practices, social distancing and courteous communication with the customers whether on text messaging, phone conversation or face-to-face interaction.
Elevates to principal in a timely manner all product or service complaints to follow a standard resolution SOP and timelines.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years Managerial experience in operation management in Agricultural Machinery industry.
Strong leadership, administrative, organizational, managerial and communication skills.
Solution-oriented with excellent judgment and sound and timely decision-making skills when needed, can gather and interpret information and develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
Takes full accountability on personal and departmental areas of responsibility; and
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP, HR or other Information System/Software.
Willing to work in Aurora, Isabela and willing to travel anytime as required by the position.
