Operations Manager

**A. OVER-ALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The Operations Manager will be responsible in handling & monitoring the entire Construction Projects.
- He will be directly in-charge of all the activities in the deliverance and performing the delegated duties of all the People under his jurisdiction.
- To make sure that all targets are met and accomplished; a hands-on leader, who is on top of everything, and works well with the group.
**B.
QUALIFICATIONS**
- Engineering graduate; a board passer or with Master's Degree on technical and Management Expertise.
- At least 10yrs of solid experience and exposures in Senior Managerial Capacity of over-all Operations and General Management in a Construction Companies.
- Excellent communication skills, with exceptional strategies and remarkable ideas.
- Knowledgeable in all Phases of Construction Projects from Design, Build and Project Implementation
- With a high sense of Accountability, Responsibility, Integrity and a leader of exemplary.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dasmariñas, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
