Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Must have experience as an Operations Manager of a BPO company
- Must have Program and Project Management skills
- Must have Quality & Process Improvement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
