SIP, DINE AND CHAT CAFE is currently looking for an Assistant Cafe Manager to be assigned in Marulas, Valenzuela.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1.
Assist the Cafe Manager to manage day-to-day on-site/online operations of the café.
2.
Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service on her shift
3.
Ensure all café areas are clean and tidy
4.
Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
5.
Scheduling of Deliveries on her Shift
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Ad or equivalent
- With at least have 6 months of experience as Assistant Store/Cafe Manager/Shift Manager
- Must have an excellent managerial, leadership, decision-making, communication, planning, time management and team work skills
- Must be adaptable in new environment, if needed
