Overall in charge of operations, coordination and supervision of the team Provide inspired leadership for the organization. Ensure that customers are happy with our service by providing on-time delivery, complete orders and quality set up. Responsible for overall planning/scheduling and ensuring complete and efficient deliveries/pullouts. Ensure that the items are delivered and returned in good condition with minimal or no losses/damages. Ensure smooth ingress and egress by closely coordinating with other departments and our customers. Investigate customer concerns and feedbacks, and come up with action plans to improve customer service. Analyze, improve and review operational policies and procedures for long term stability. Ensure that items are in usable condition for events by running an efficient inspection and maintenance system. Responsible for training and development of the team. Perform other duties necessary for smooth projects implementation. Minimum Qualifications:
Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Operation Management related course. Must have at least 5 years related work experience to the position. Preferably Manager specialized in Operations or equivalent. Excellent management skill Candidate should be highly organized, logical, accurate with good communication skills Willing to work in C&L Decor, sister company of Borland Development Corporation. Amenable to work in Matandang Balara, Quezon City.
