Total Executive Management Portal, Inc. partners with a beauty and wellness company based in Pasig City in their search for an OPERATIONS MANAGER. If considered, the candidate will be directly hired by them.

Job Description:

The Operations Manager will be responsible in achieving the financial objectives of the Operations Department and for utilizing and coordinating all services provided by the company which are consistent with the short and long term interests of the company and its employees. She is expected to provide customers with the highest level of service possible and be responsible for achieving revenue goals. She is also in-charge in monitoring of branch operating expense, operating profit and management of sales target. The following are her specific responsibilities:

Empower the employees to “use their best judgement” in all customer service matters.
Promote and monitor quality of service among staff through training and by acting as a positive role model.
Instill the meaning and importance of customer service by monitoring services rendered by the employees in accordance with the customer service standards.
Formulate annual revenue, expense and profit goals in cooperation with Accounting/Finance Head.
Ensure that goals will be met through appropriate planning and organization of staff inventory, and expenses for the short and long term goals.
Maintain loss prevention program to protect company’s inventory and assets takes necessary action to lower expenses if sales goals are not being met.
Inspire staff so each person contributes to the productivity of the center.
Maintain staff levels that allow for the best possible customer service delegates workload appropriately and efficiently.
Continually monitor and evaluate staff performance, and complete Performance evaluations in timely manner.
Implement company disciplinary actions when necessary consistent with company policies; Recognize outstanding employee performance daily, weekly, monthly.
Communicate with the Superior by written report so that branch and staff are recognized for what it is doing in customer service, events and local issues as scheduled.
Hold weekly staff meetings and submits notes/reports to Director for Operations.
Report feedbacks of customer and employee opinions.
Ensure that the Company Policies and Procedures are communicated in a timely manner and adhered to accordingly.
Develop and support a positive attitude and morale by recognizing outstanding performance and service.
Motivate and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development.
Maintain training standards to ensure that both product and services that will improve the branch operations and allow better customer service.
Ensure that clinic target revenues are met.
Conduct competitor check.
Work with the Marketing Department to develop an advertising or promotional plan that will maximize sales of the branch.
Ensure that all branches are in compliance with all government laws.
Maintain safe working conditions for employees and customers; resolve safety concerns quickly.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management.
With at least 6 years of related experience.
With managerial or people management experience.
