Operations Manager

Overall in-charge in the management, planning, coordination, and control of the manufacturing process
Responsible for the efficient production of goods at the right cost and required quality standard.
Coordinate with other department heads in the implementation of company policies and goals.
Responsible for achieving production target volume and shipment schedule
Systematic oversight of manufacturing processes, materials, manpower, and machinery.
Responsible for improving systems that are already in place.
Ensure strict compliance by all production employees of work instructions, processes, and procedures in place.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Has an extensive background in ERP System
Has a strong Management Skills
Has an excellent in English Communication is an advantage
Willing to wor in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
