About Enterprise Global Services
Enterprise Global Services (EGS) enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting over half of Wells Fargo's business lines and staff functions across Technology, Business Services, Risk Services and Knowledge Services. About the Role
Responsible for the overall operational performance of one or more processes within EGS. Contributes to formulation of organization wide operational strategy and policy, may serve on LOB/ Organization wide tasks or project teams. Manage process and lead a team of approx 120 team members, and actively participate in projects/ process enhancements and encourage creative thinking amongst the team. A middle management role and also contributes to formulation of corporate-wide operations strategy and policy. Should be an industry expert and may serve on company-wide tasks or project teams that steer the company's operational direction.
Responsibilities:
Directly manage teams comprising Team Lead/ Supervisors/ and or Managers
Plan, execute and be responsible for people, process and other business goals
May interact and/or negotiate with senior level business partners in WF US and EGS
Decisions made at this level are critical and have potential impact towards the EGS & WF overall financial position
Flexibility to work in shifts, business travel (if required) & Open for lateral opportunities as per the business requirements
Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices
Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures
Develop metrics to measure growth and performance of the department
Interface with India and stateside managers on production, quality and security guidelines
Conduct performance revieWS
Interpret complex data and create Business MIS
Should be able to provide direct guidance to the team members
Possess a proven track record of setting up the teams in operations
Focus on continuous improvement
Assistance on any Transitions
May lead complex cross-enterprise projects resulting in enterprise wide implementation
Support in process expansion, staffing and new hire training
Possess a good understanding of the QC process in the operations environment and the action
