About this Opportunity This role is involved in a number of activities to support the DTCC ITP business, particularly in support of the Director of Operations and the financial considerations and management of third-party vendors for ITP. This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of payment of vendors, including tracking status, troubleshooting, and coordination/alignment across the various internal teams. What You'll Do
- Support the ITP Operations Director in liasoning with the Finance and Risk functions to ensure the ITP business is aware of and pro-actively managing third-party's directly associated with the DTCC ITP business. Examples include:
- (a) Set up and actively manage vendor Purchase Orders, including renewals, spend tracking and analysis
- (b) Communicate with vendors to align and/or troubleshoot on terms, invoice details and payment
- (c) Where needed, pull invoices from vendors and/or create non-PO requests and submit for payment
- (d) Comprehend existing vendor contractual terms/agreements and how they play out in daily operations. Support defining new contracts/terms as needed
- (e) Actively monitor associated vendor IRQ's and manage the process to ensure the successful creation, management and renewal of IRQs. Where needed, act as the vendor owner, including ownership of the IRQ and management of the vendor
- (f) Partner with the various Finance teams (Corporate Procurement Services, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Financial Planning & Analysis etc), Risk teams (Third Party Risk Management, ITP Business Risk Management etc), ITP Product Management (and as needed Technology) to ensure alignment and successful execution of vendor relationships and payment; this includes active oversight, management and response to inquiries and troubleshooting.
- (g) Create centralized reporting to help proactively manage invoices due, total spend, status/renewal of PO's and IRQs and vendor terms; track and communicate status and analyze results and trends over time
- Partner with the Senior ITP Business Management Operations Associate to track and report on key metrics for the ITP business including the monthly and quarterly Business Reviews, Product performance dashboards and other reporting as necessary
- Support the Director of Operations in additional financial management initiatives as they arise/evolve over time (i.e. project portfolio management, P&L's, client/product volume/revenue analysis etc)
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications
- 4+ years of related experience in financial and/or vendor management; preferably within the financial services industry
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. Experience working/partnering with various levels of cross functional stakeholders; talking to external vendors
- Experience working under pressure to tight deadlines, and successfully managing competing projects, stakeholders and priorities (essential)
- Attention to detail, analytical ability
- Excellent English language skills
