Operations Analyst / Service Officer / Junior

**Minimum Requirement**:

- 2-4 years experience in treasury operations and settlements gained from bank or bpo
- Service Officer / Bank Officer / Junior Officer are encouraged to apply
- Can start immediately
- Hybrid, Dayshfit

**Responsibilities**:

- Business Performance and Management - Internal Business Process
- Superintend the daily payment and settlement activities which include:

- Validation of customer instruction to ensure compliance with both internal and external policies
- Execution of transactions coursed through the core banking system
- Oversight on both inward and outward telegraphic transfer, fund transfer and reporting to Front Office
- Supervise loan and deposit administration activities to include new accounts, drawdown, rollover and preparation of daily fund movement
- Ensure proper reconciliation of payment related transactions and timely resolution of any exception
- Oversee the processing of monthly charges payable to service providers and clearing houses
- Support tests related to system enhancement
- People Management - Customer & Employee Engagement & Development
- Ensure proper management of bank data to include customers, partners and various channels
- Regulatory Compliance
- Guarantee adherence to operating procedures and agreed service standards
- Participate in other Operations functions as required by the Head of Operations
- Understanding of bank policies and procedures particularly on payments, reconciliation, settlement, data management and reporting-related activities is required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
