In Data Services, we are simplifying Data challenges related to: Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, Capital Adequacy, Liquidity and Market Transparency.
As an Operations Analyst, the role will perform management control testing and ensure client satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
It will also use DTCC tools to come up with new and innovative ways to streamline operational processes.
**What You'll Do**
- Deliver trial data to prospects
- Perform management control testing
- Respond to client inquiries
- Report on client response times for monthly management reporting
- Manage a client database utilizing DTCC tolls
- Query database tables to research and solve business problems
- Complete ad-hoc projects to improve operational efficiencies and support product development and packaging
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

**Sound Like You?

- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
