Job Description:
As an Operations Manager: Provide inspired leadership for the organization. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures. Assist HR with recruiting when necessary. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. As an Account Manager: Acquire and manage new clients / fresh accounts Provide excellent servicing to new and existing clients Coordination and collaboration with creative teams for pitches and proposals Coordination with project teams for executions Create strategies and initiatives for client acquisition and retention Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years' experience in marketing/sales. at least 2 years of experience as an operations/account manager Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing and being able to apply them when strategizing Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure.
