- The key responsibilities include driving the Strategic Transformation Plan aligned with Client & business expectation at the Strategic, Tactical & Operations level
- Design solution (Automation & Process improvements) that are modular and can be replicated.
- Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients.
- Coach, train and deploy human centered thinking based on Design thinking concepts
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree
- 15 years of overall experience in relevant industries (Financial Services, Network, Utilities, Health Care, Marketing, Pharma, Retail etc.)
- with hands on experience handling data driven decisions
- Must have at least 6 years of experience in driving Transformation or Process Improvement
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in Managerial role
- Must be Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
- Well aware of the different F&A domains - PTP, RTR, OTC, etc.
- Experienced in handling projected based on different RPA Tools like: Ui-Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Pega, etc.
