**Job Qualifications**:

- Must high school graduate
- NO BPO experience required
- College Graduate No BPO experience Required
- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Can do onsite work in Bacolod

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bacolod City, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call Center Representative: 1 year (preferred)
