Job Description:
Maintain network of prospective online partners to establish business relationship and increase contract number and grow sales by online channel Maintain online sales pipeline, work closely with VP Online Sales to meet and negotiate contract, terms and condition in contract with prospective partners Execute online sales strategy and activity to ensure the achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling target Establish the regular communication with Clients/Partners to co-ordinate corporate sales activities accross the channels Communicate and support VP Online sales in implementing schemes for digital channel development and ensure the schemes effectiveness Execute Key Account Management on daily basis. Implement partner's key performance metrics to drive sales and service quality continuous improvement Manage sales team and sales expectations from Clients/Partners as well as Online/Digital Department Be responsible for sales schemes, sales strategy and activities on key metrics set by company Create new sales openings, responsible for new Clients/Partners acquisitions, create and maintain key partnership, establish and seek new business development for online department Minimum Qualifications:
Total 3+ years of working experience in business development (online experience) or 6+ years workign experience in the non-online business development Strong Knowledge of Indonesian e-commerce market. Sales experience (preferably online or financial sector) Proven track records in Sales Management from large enterprises (FMCG / Telco / Digital / Finance ) Knowledge and experience in business research & analysis, team work Resources and relationships in e-commerce & online business. Experience with e-loans, e-payments systems is an advantage Work & training experience from an international environment is an advantage Experience in Project Management and/or Product Management is an advantage Good business negotiator Ability to communicate and write well in English
