JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• College degree in Marketing, Commerce, and Business Administration
• Preferably at least 1-3 years experience in e-commerce and sales & marketing field
• Extensive marketing knowledge of e-business, preferably in tourism industry
• Excellent communication skills – very good written and spoken English
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Metrics driven and very good in statistics analysis and market research
• Experienced in developing and managing online business
• Ability to travel, interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Strong customer focus
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, excellent in trouble-shooting and patient
• Able to quickly respond to client’s concerns
• Proficient in MS Office applications
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Online Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for handling the marketing and sales related inquiries from potential customers of our company The objective is to achieve (or exceed) the annual sales and profit targets that are given to you by the Company. This role plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
