- Provide useful important information and case settlement with respect to plan coverage and accounts
- Adhere to recommended conditions by consumer in working with users.
- Answer participant questions, as well as check participants to get hold of full knowledge of what important info are being asked.
**Qualifications**:

- At least Highschool Graduate
- For 18 years old and above
- Average to Excellent English Communications skills
- Must be willing to work ASAP
- BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
