Bolton International is looking for **Onboarding Specialists** with excellent customer service and organizational skills.
**What you will do**:

- Manage case queueing and ensure that internal/external Service Level Agreements are met
- Product demo, reverse demo, solution recommendation and onboarding calls
- Auxiliary support to CSR of Doc Gen product line
- Provide basic and specialized resources to customers looking to expand their product knowledge related to Doc Gen product line
- Collaborate with Technical Customer Support, Customer Service Representatives, SE/CSE— provisioning the team with additional support
- Assist renewal managers when needed at customer renewal
- May perform additional responsibilities analogous to this role, skill, and capability to provide further support to CS OnDemand team

**Who you are**
- Completed a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Has **2-3 years experience **in a customer or technical support role
- Has background in cloud-based/SaaS solution offerings, preferably with contract lifecycle management, Salesforce, or Conga
- Able to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach with diverse stakeholders from the executive level down
- Able to drive cross-functional business and technical teams to achieve customer's desired outcomes
- Has excellent communication, presentation, time management, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter, who performs well working independently, but is also a team player
- Proven record of meeting customer retention goals

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
