Job description
- **Cashier/OIC**
**Qualifications**:
- Greet customers as they enter the location.
- Accepts money in the form of cash.
- Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
- Ensures accurate transactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift, and sales at the end of shift.
- Processes returns and exchanges according to store policy.
- Ensure that all security measures and control are in place.
- Ensure the store quality and customer service standards are surpassed.
- Maintain inventory and stock control.
- Strictly monitors in/out stocks.
- Setting up new displays, ensuring that the store is clean and orderly, and making sure shelves are stocked.
- Helping customers to find specific items, sorting out complex refunds, resolving complaints, and more.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change and give refunds.
- Knowledgeable about company's products and services, and customer-related policies.
**Education and Experience**:
- College Graduate.
- Successful completion of on the job training.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Binondo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- OIC STORE: 1 year (preferred)
