Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY


Responsible in assisting the Business Partners Network Manager in developing and expanding a network of productive brokers through effective implementation of brokers sales programs.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Conducts recruitment activities Prepares accreditation requirements Certifies accreditation of brokers Provides initial orientation to the newly accredited brokers Provides regular basic training Promotes broker rewards and recognition program Implements activation activities to increase sales capacity and contribution Maintains constant communication by doing regular brokers' meetings, project updates and brokers' visits Ensures brokers' participation in company-sponsored activities Responsible for information dissemination to keep brokers updated with sales activities, latest memos, an announcements Assists in the sales processes to boost sales performance Processes reservation sales Monitors the brokers' inventory of marketing collaterals Provides support during the closing stage Gives an after sales service Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Educational Attainment: College Graduate Course/s: Business Communications, Marketing or any related course Years of Experience: at least 1-year working experience preferably in real estate, insurance or any finance business Specific Abilities & Skills: Highly Sociable Strong customer service skills Proficient in computer applications Organized, punctual and responsible Flexible and can work with minimum supervision Able to multi-task Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
