This position calls for applicants with high degree of integrity and honesty, as this is an integral part of our Warehousing & Delivery Operations.
This position also is involved in Sales of our Quality Dimsum products to external and internal customers.
This position is open to FEMALE applicants only and work is based in Congressional Avenue, Quezon City.
JOB DESCRIPTION
I. KEY RESULT AREAS (JOB OBJECTIVES):
A. RECEIVING DELIVERIES (40%)
B. ACCOUNTING SYSTEM OPERATIONS (MYOB) (30%)
C. CUSTOMER SALES (20%)
D. EFFICIENCY AND ADMINISTRATION (10%)
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
RECEIVING DELIVERIES FROM SUPPLIERS AND MARKETING
1. Weigh / check quantity of items being delivered by suppliers of / to commissary / branches;
2. Check P.O. / Requisition vs. Delivery Receipts / Sales Invoices quantities / item descriptions, SI / DR numbers, amount of suppliers;
3. STRICTLY visually inspect frozen goods, pork, beef, poultry products that are being delivered;
4. STRICTLY ensure frozen goods, pork, beef, poultry products being delivered are of HIGH QUALITY, CORRECT QUANTITIES, and have no off-color or foul smell;
5. After ensuring quantities / quality / content of DRs / SI’s, sign at Received by portion of supplier DRs/SIs;
6. Inform supplier to call for schedule of countering;
7. STRICTLY ensure that the quantities of the items received are tally with that of items received by Warehouse staff;
ACCOUNTING SYSTEM OPERATIONS
8. Accurately input the following at MYOB system:
• Commissary / Branch Supplier Name
• Commissary / Branch Supplier Name Sales Invoice or Delivery Receipt Number
• Item Description/s
• Unit Costs
• Quantities Delivered
• Amounts to be paid
CUSTOMER SALES
9. Answers phone inquiries of new or existing customers;
10. Knowledgeable about products being sold by Causeway Main Office, minimum purchase and
product prices;
11. Write down customer orders and repeat details such as:
• Customer name
• Products ordered
• Quantity ordered
• Pick-up time/ date and
• Amount to be paid by customer;
12. Suggestive sell if customer orders are still below minimum purchase.
13. Thank the customer for their orders.
14. Communicate clearly to authorized Commissary personnel orders to be prepared;
15. Input sales details @MYOB;
• Customer name
• Products ordered
• Quantity ordered
• Pick-up time/ date and
• Amount to be paid by customer;
16. Generate MYOB receipt in triplicate (Office copy / Customer copy / Security Guard copy)
EFFICIENCY AND ADMINISTRATION
17. File and safe keep all Sales Invoices / Delivery Receipts from Commissary / Branch suppliers;
18. Check the counter-receipt given to supplier versus that of Delivery Receipts / Sales Invoices;
19. Release check payments to suppliers’ collectors.
20. Assist in the Orientation of new hire Office staff;
21. Report to the Accounting Head / Operations Head / HR Head any deviations by other OFFICE/ WAREHOUSE staff from standard operating procedures of the restaurant/ main office;
OTHER DUTIES
22. Become adept at Product Knowledge (Dimsum) and Customer Service.
23. Perform other Operations / Accounting duties as may be assigned from time to time by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Female, College Graduate;
- Below 30 years old;
- At least two (2) years of College if with experience in same position;
- With at least 1-2 years experience in the same position in a full-service or retail establishment in its Warehouse or Commissary section/s;
- Self-starter, with high degree of integrity, discipline, and initiative;
- Acceptable spoken and written communication skills;
- Good External and Internal Customer service skills;
- Proficient in computer application;
- Organized, self-motivating, results-oriented, positive work habits.
