Details of the offer

Perform secretarial tasks such as taking or transcribing dictation from superiors and type memoranda, correspondences, and/or compose memoranda/correspondences.
Initiate the preparation and development of written reports required by her superior at an acceptable format of presentation.
Prepare and file confidential documents and ensure its upkeep and safe keep under lock-and-key.
Handle all incoming telephone calls during day-time business hours; screen and refer calls to the concerned party.
Make appointments and arrange meetings, conferences, etc.
Perform other administrative-related tasks that may be assigned by her superior from time to time.
